  • Publish a selection of objects while the title and price of the ad relate to an object. If the object of the sale is a lot, the title and the price of the lot must specify it.

  • Post an ad that does not offer a particular product or service.

  • Publish an advertisement that only advertises the place of sale and the opening hours of a business without advertising a particular product on offer for sale.

  • Post ads whose purpose is to promote and direct users to another website.

  • Post ads that contain defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful language about individuals or groups or that are offensive, obscene, vulgar, or that invade an individual's privacy.

  • Post advertisements for pyramid or multi-level selling or any other prohibited use of advertising.

  • Post ads that feature opinions, notifications, and discussion topics, which should be discussed in discussion forums instead.

  • Posting an ad in the wrong category or with malicious or misleading information.

  • Posting an ad containing an abusive use of keywords in the title or description of the ad or keywords that are not directly related to the subject of the ad.

  • Publish an ad in a language other than French or English.

  • Publish an ad as a private seller, owner, or individual when you are a business, a dealer, or a professional.

  • For massage therapy advertisements, only photos representing images of the room or a head-shoulder portrait of the professional are permitted. Full body photos, or any photos deemed inappropriate will result in the removal of the ad.

  • Post a vehicle ad that displays the mention "Already sold" or "Sold". According to the Consumer Protection Office, only advertisements of vehicles available for sale can be published on the site.

  • Post an advertisement containing a logo of your products or services; logos are not accepted on the site as an image to represent your ad. If you want to advertise with your logo, you can contact AnnoncesQcFloride.com to find out how.

  • Attempting to circumvent listing fees by placing an ad in an inappropriate category or omitting merchant identity.

  • Enter a URL or email address in your ad, in a field that is not intended for this purpose.

 

Prohibited products and services 

Stolen, counterfeit items and copyrighted material. The sale on this site of stolen or counterfeit merchandise or items that infringe any copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary or privacy right held by third parties is prohibited.

It is also forbidden to sell illegal or immoral items.

Items whose possession or sale is regulated. It is prohibited to sell on this site products or services whose sale is regulated, including, among others, alcoholic products, prescription drugs, tobacco, cannabis and all other related products or objects, electronic cigarettes and all other devices of a similar nature including their components and accessories, blood products, bodily fluids and body parts, lottery tickets, contest entries and slot machines, stocks and other securities, digital currencies, ivory and produces ivory, government badges, uniforms or identification.

Content with an adult connotation. The dissemination of these advertisements - sexual services, pornography, adult entertainment, etc. -  isSTRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Weapons and firearms. AnnoncesQcFloride.com does not advertise, search for or exchange firearms, weapons, elements or parts of weapons, accessories, magazines, ammunition and projectiles designated as prohibited or restricted.

Fees and services 

Some options for displaying ads on AnnoncesQcFloride.com involve fees. You will have the opportunity to review and agree to these fees before your ads are posted. Our fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and we reserve the right to change these from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to our fees by posting such changes on the Site. Our fees are non-refundable and you are responsible for payments when due. 

Your advertisement will be published on AnnoncesQcFloride.com for the duration pre-established in the advertisement form and/or upon payment of the fees related to this advertisement. Please note that when a listing is removed or expired, your right to publish ends.

Contravention of the conditions of use of AnnoncesQcFloride.com

We reserve the right to remove advertisements, suspend or terminate access to our services (without reimbursement of fees already paid), to take technical measures to prohibit access to AnnoncesQcFloride.com or to exercise any other rights and impose any other sanctions we deem appropriate against users who violate our terms of use or the spirit thereof, if we are unable to verify or authenticate the information that you have provided to us, if we believe that the actions you take are likely to result in legal liability for you, us or our users or if, in our opinion, your behavior undermines the integrity of our services.

You have access to your personal member data at all times via your personal page. You also have access to your active ads via your My Member Area section. We do not keep announcements in archives.

These terms, rights and obligations and all actions covered by these terms of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. The user agrees that any dispute or claim arising from or related to the site, be resolved by arbitration, said arbitration to take place in Quebec, Canada.

You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved individually without any form of class action. You also agree that, notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or demand arising out of or related to your use of the Service must be made within one (1) year after such claim or demand is permanently blocked. Failure of either party to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any other right under this Agreement.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or waived to the minimum extent necessary to keep this Agreement in full force and effect. .
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall remain in full force and effect without affecting the other provisions of these Terms of Service. If a judge finds a provision unenforceable, AnnoncesQcFloride.com will replace that provision with a provision that substantially reflects the intent of the original provision.
